Check your email, if you have a message from Kroll Settlement Administration LLC attsettlement@e.emailksa.com with the subject: Email Notice of Proposed Class Action Settlement, it’s not spam.
It means you are identified as a member of the class action lawsuit and settlement for AT&T data breaches in 2024.
If you plan to file your own lawsuit, you have to actively opt out of the class action. Yup, everyone affected was opted in, but if you don’t fill out the claim form, you are opted in to never sue AT&T for damages.
For more details you can read the new announcement of the settlement. Be sure to fill out the claim form that’s listed in the email to declare you status and/or claim funds

- Claims website: https://www.telecomdatasettlement.com/,
- There are some reports that people on AT&T Internet see the claims website as being blocked as spam from AT&T’s spam protections, yeah, ironic eh? If that happens, use the link in the email in the section labeled: How do I submit a Claim Form for a benefit?,
