As Air Force One headed to a Michigan midterm rally, White House Communications Director Steven Cheung sat across from Nicki Minaj and conducted what looked a lot like a job interview. Soft questions about the economy and President Trump’s work ethic followed. At the end, Cheung posted the clip with the caption: “Ladies and gentlemen, I think we may have found the new White House Press Secretary!”
Minaj replied with an American flag and a sweating emoji, and the official White House account added an eyes emoji.
