In news today both John Deere and Microsoft have begun scaling back their commitment to DEI.
The timing is suspiciously immediately after the largest news story of the year, namely the attempted assassination of Donald Trump. Whether these two US mega corporations had insider knowledge to the weekend’s shenanigans or are simply using it to cover the rollback of the disastrous policy remains to be discovered.
However it seems likely that with a pro-Iran war VP pick and operation blame-Iran-for-the assassination taking off in the corporate media this move to drop DEI from corporate America is one more cynical play to drum up White support for a foreign war to cover for the complete collapse of US financial hegemony.
It is not yet known why capital finance has dropped their DEI requirements for providing funding to these two companies, however after the right-to-repair ruling for John Deere it seems likely that power brokers in the financial and judicial realms of the US are expecting equipment shortages for farmers in the coming years and are front running some planned crisis to ensure that food continues to be supplied to the population centers.
